That would be a finest or best knot I take it.

I'm thinking it was a finest. It a TGN knot and I'd like to do more with that knot but can't remember exactly what I ordered. If I remember correctly, the most expensive knot I've done from TGN was about $24, no more.

I keep all my invoices in a binder, so if I don't remember what I bought I can look it up. I have a TGN Finest and love it. I also found them great to deal with. BTW I hide that binder from my wife. :)

Lol ya. I keep trying to do that, then I end up with 3 folders and can't remember where any of them are at.

    Blade: GEM Stainless
    Razor: GEM Featherweight
    Brush: Trader Joe's synthetic
    Lather: Arko
Post: Witch hazel splash, Pinaud Citrus Musk, Nivea sensitive balm
    WTG, touch-up

Nice shave with a travel set-up. I'm on the Gulf Coast for a short vacation and brought these as a trial for travel ideas. The Featherweight is growing on me as a terrific little razor. It won't replace my G1 as the top SE choice but I've had some great results with it the past few days.

Have a great rest of your weekend!

Is that an early 1914? The case looks just like mine. I will be using that starting late next week.

I think so Tom. Definitely WW 1. The instructions have stamped on it you can get replacement blades at the canteen.

The Gem Blue Star. The shave is pretty good. A little tricky around the nose.
