Fat Friday! I look forward to Mitchell's on Fridays as a great way to close out the work week. It never fails for terrific lather. Went back to the G1 after a week of shaves with the MMOC. The G1 is smoother and more efficient for me. No nicks, weepers, redness, or other face drama this morning, which is nice! Fine American Blend closed out the deal for a nice shave.

Shave 19. First shave with this 5/8 JR Torrey that landed in my mailbox earlier this week. Another good shave but I'll be going back to my Otto Busch Weltmeister for consistency of practice as I continue to climb the learning curve of straights.

Stirling Gentleman today. 20 seconds to load the WD Silvertip. Easy, thick, slick, lather. Gillette “Spoiler” SS still in the Red Tip. Excellent smooth, close, shave. I finished with Stirling Gentleman aftershave.
