Feels like it has been raining white, vintage Kent/Rooney brushes lately.
Picked up yet another, small NOS Kent for $17

 

Aye..It Sure is..I saw it at the Last Hour & it was Sort of Hidden with Only 2 Handfuls of Watchers on it..I was Surprized it Didn't Go any Higher than it Did Cause My Bid was Quite Lousy..

Good luck, keep an open mind.
It is better a bit after, the main blast can be overhelming. But i find it dries down better. My wife would disagree.
But if im gonna be outside, its nice.
Hope it works for you.

As it has no serious functional issues this one might actually be a great replating candidate as I love how this more elaborate Goodwill head design pattern looks when it's all done up (as per below):
