  1. Thanks, Roby. I do have an M Adjustable. I am finding it a milder shaver than I am used to. I can get a good shave from it with a little pressure, and short buffing. The G is definitely more efficient. Both are comfortable, but I did kind of rookie up my neck with the G today.

I have my eye out for PALs, but the few adjustables I have seen are pricier than I have wanted to go so far. That will likely change.

I have only tried the Chick blades as of yet, but I have some Personnas and some Pellas on the way.

Either way it is fun to try something new. Glad to be here.

  2. Don't forget the E2 very efficient yet smooth. The adjustable is a miracle worker with twin blades. :)

  3. So that M adjustable takes twin blades?

  4. Yes. It is fantastic with them.

A Feather touch with injectors is required. The G is a very good injector. Middle to a bit more aggressive than the later schicks.

Make sure you get on the injector pass arounds. What better way to see what you like

  8. @PickledNorthern Good to see you here! My G1, gifted to me by @clint64, is by far my favorite razor. I use Chick blades with no problems. I'm expecting an L injector in the mail in a couple days. But the G injector is a great razor.

You have some great looking brushes. Is that Boar in that one?

  10. Thanks very much Tom. Hang around with @clint64 and @Boojum1 and see what kind of brush trouble one can get into. :happy097:
Just kidding it seems we all like brushes. :happy088:

Had a splendid 3 pass BBS shave tonight with my F and Dutch "Dog's Dangles" blades. The soap is a homemade from @jmudrick. A very nice scent of geranium, clove and Tea oil. It proved to be very slick. What little touchup was a breeze. Only had to moisten my face as the slickness was still there.

Wonderful shave with the Schick Adj. this morning fitted with a twin blade. This PAA 1K shave soap is a favorite of mine providing a luxurious, rich, slippery, sweet anise and licorice scented lather. It was gifted some time ago by my good friend Greg AKA Segafan#1 and I'm ever so grateful. Three easy passes for a dolphin smooth refreshing finish. Have a great day friends. :)
