  3. The 1912 gave me another perfect shave today, 2 passes and out the door. I'm going to do a summary of the razors used this month but I will say this razor and the 1924 are tied for 1st. :eatdrink013:

  6. SOTD I went with the E3/Personna. While I love being able to load the E2 with a Feather blade so easily, can't knock the shave here, easy BBS and no nicks on the head portion of the show.

  9. I got a new-to-me Schick injector today! Is this an L-type? The seller didn't have much information and from the pictures I thought it was an L-type. It looks to be a pretty mild razor. I'll use it in tomorrow's shave. Let me know your thoughts on it!

Excellent shave with the PAL Injecto-Matic today. Wonderful lather from the Strop Shoppe "Date Night" soap. Three easy passes for a dolphin smooth and refreshing finish. Have a great day my friends. :happy005:
  11. Well, it's been 24 hours since I shaved and we have a winner. Both of these razors shave great and I'll happily continue to use them. After 12 hours I could feel a difference and now I can see it. The PAL is a very comfortable shave. I love the handle, the looks and the results I get from it. The Ever-Ready is just on another level. The audible feedback is impressive, it is very comfortable to use and the results are the best of my razors. 24 hours after shaving and I still have a DFS on my left side. The Ever-Ready 1914 is the king of my collection.

SEptember has been fun for me and I've enjoyed seeing everyone's SE renditions. I bought a Schick L1 (at least I think it's an L1) recently and it came in yesterday. Maiden shave today. @Rufus T. loaned me an L1 for a pass-around a couple of months back and I remembered liking the razor a good bit. Today's shave didn't disappoint. Lots of audible feedback. The Cahaba Blues soap whipped up beautiful lather and the L1 swiped right through all of it. Nice shave and smelling good with Country Club's Sweet Water.

    Have a great day!
