    Unsung Friday
    I used WSP today because it's a great set of products and it doesn't seem to get as much attention as others. The Bronze Shadow made very thick and slick lather from the Tallow Tobacco soap, which I built on my face over the matching PSO. The Maggard Slant made three easy drama free passes. I finished up with B-M Reserve Cool and WSP Tobacco balm, both of which are very soothing and provide a welcome cool.

    Brush: Omega 10049 boar
    Lather: Mitchell's Wool Fat
    Post: Witch hazel splash, Fine American Blend, Nivea sensitive balm
    WTG, touch-up

    Fat/Fine Friday! Mitchell's Wool Fat lathered up beautifully this morning as usual. Fifth shave on the Chick blade and it's still smooth. Schick L1 injector is continuing to provide great shaves. Fine American Blend is always a terrific scent. I enjoy the slight menthol touch from it as well.

    Second day using Nuavia Blu shaving soap and man is this stuff great. The post shave feel is fantastic and the scent is powerful enough I can actually smell it during and after shaving, which I don't get from many other soaps (poor sense of smell on my part).

    My shave this morning was same as yesterday(featuring Rise and Aqua Velva), but I just wanted to mention that as the hot water was coming from the tap(to prepare my face for the shave), I took a cup and a bit of the water and put it in the Williams, to moisten it down a bit for tomorrow).

    I see you have thed 12.5 oz Clubman. I';d like to see that size brought to drugstores, as you can't buy that size on the Clubman website itself, of all places.

    Good morning everyone. I had another night shave last night. I'm trying out night shaves to see if it can help with the hectic mornings and rushing around trying not to be late. So far so good however I miss feeling that freshly shaven smooth face in the morning. The shave last night started out rough with lots of tugging and pulling, half way through the first pass I ditched the Voskhod and grabbed a twice used Polsilver. Once I made the change I was cruising on a freshly paved road in a Caddy, smooth! I don't know what happened with the Voskhod, the previous two shaves on it were delightful, I certainly expected a better longevity out of the blade. In any case the Pol Silver cleaned me up quite nicely and left me smooth and relaxed and ready for bed. Have a great day my friends.     SOTD: My old reliable Otto Deutsch 'Hans' 5/8; Route 66 citrusy 'Sweeney Todd' soap lather applied with a custom boar brush, and finished with Musgo Real No.3 'Spiced Citrus' aftershave. Only two passes required to get comfy smooth.
