My watch of the day.....actually my watch of the everyday...ha,ha...Wife gave this to me when we were dating over 20 years ago and I love it dearly... Recently had to get a new strap...a decision not to be taken too lightly...I decided on a strap from Crown & Buckle...I love their quality, selection, and Customer service is second to none...I might do a review around here somewhere...But anyway, I was going to go with a beautiful leather selection, but this classic striped Nato strap I think looks pretty sharp on this watch...C&B does such a nice job, I couldn't say no.....You guys be the judge...
I've worn this Omega Speedmaster since 2012. This particular model has quite a story behind it, as it is NASA-approved for spaceflight. I have also approved it for use while driving my Toyota. My Mom thought it was funny to see me winding my watch. Sorry for the reflections. It has a domed crystal.
Bulova Automatic rectangle case, exhibition back is what I wear almost daily. Recommend these to anyone who just thinks automatics are cool. Stainless steel bracelet and fairly affordable
Chris, this is a very nice watch. Exhibition case backs are just plain cool. I'm a huge Bulova mechanical watch fan, as it is made by a watch company with a rich history. Thanks for sharing it with us.
Thanks guys. I like the simplicity. 25% off made it even better. Good style for jeans and flannels, my style of choice. Fortunately it will pair well with my business casual required for work.
But the really cool thing about certain watches, this being one of them is this...It's very easy to see the minutes....I could just glance at this and see 3:23:34....very easily...I dig that factor....I'm not OCD about time except while playing music! };^))....But when I want to time something or I'm cooking...etc, etc...An easy watch to see the exact time is extremly hip!
I just found this thread, but am loving it! Great looking timepieces. I'll post a few of mine and try and revive the thread. I stopped my watch collection at 4, since I end up wearing my daily driver 99% of the time. Besides I can buy a hell of a lot of soap and several razors for the cost of a new watch.
