I Just Cant Believe My Luck here..I Just Got this what Looks an Original Hall Marked Mint NOS Joseph Rogers & Son which Looks like at Least a 7/8th Wedge or Near Wedge from UK EBay..I have Never Seen an NOS SR this Old Before..Those are What Looks Like Bone Scales & there isn't Even any Openng & Closing Marks on the Tang..The Seller Didn't Go into Detail & it was Hidden So I asked No Questions..I Cant Wait till this Beauty Arrives..

Saponificio Varesino two band Manchurian badger in a pewter and rosewood handle, with stand. 26mm knot & 50mm loft. According to some owners, the knot is bigger than advertised - more likely around 30mm

From the latter half of the 19th century, this fine-looking hunk of Sheffield steel made by Frederick Reynolds 'The Old English Razor' (1850-1870); 7/8" hollow-ground.

 

Very nice! I came across a Fredrick Reynolds at a flea market yesterday that looked very much like yours. The blade was in good shape. There was something engraved on the handle, but I couldn't read it due to its condition. He wanted $35, but I passed on it. I might go back.

 

What is this?
