Thanks Connor. I have the Pal Adjustable and after getting used to its learning curve have gotten good shaves out of it. I have always liked the look of the Pal and the Super. Based on what you say, it sounds like a Pal on a mild setting.

It is unused according to the ebay seller and looks like it is in the original packaging.

I definitely like the looks of that razor and everyone should have razors that span the mild to wild range in their den.

    Congrats!

I'm going to test a number of different blades in the Rocnel, not for any particular reason, just cause. Rocnel Blade Trials have begun, and the ASCO was not bad, but nothing to write home about.

The Hawk. Well damn that's a great shaver. I did one superb pass with the Bunny last night (cuz I couldn't wait), two passes this morning with the Hawk/Pro, followed by a head shave exclusively with the Hawk. While the Hawk performed beautifully on the light beard it really shone on the head shave, delivering by far the closest I've had, taking care of tough spots heretofore only smoothed out with lots of buffing with the General or Injectomatic. A couple nicks but I'm sure that was me, a little irritation but not anything to worry about. Bunny tomorrow.

First time out with Razorock's new Hawk SE. I have shied away from buying this type of SE, because I did not really care for the length of the blade when using Feather AC and CJB shavettes. The opportunity to try this style of razor for only $25 seemed to good to pass up.

Tonight's shave was so-so. I was expecting a much more aggressive/efficient shave than what I got tonight. It was comfortable enough overall, but to me anyway, that size blade is not conducive to buffing/cleaning on areas that aren't flat, which is most of my face. That head is SO light, I think it will take a little pressure to do its best work, but I was apprehensive about doing that on the first time out. Left myself with a couple of weepers on my neck, and the alum block told me it was not my best work. Certainly worth more shaves before any real judgement is made.

    Have a great night, everyone.

I am nowhere near getting as close shave as I do with my injectors or SE's. Yet! My face got pretty close tonight.

Wonderful shave with the PAL Adjustable injector razor this morning. Marvelous, creamy, slippery lather from the Haslinger shave soap. Three easy, refreshing passes for a dolphin smooth finish. Have a great day guys. :)

    Awesome picture!

Admit it Roby. You're a professional photographer and you have a studio with all the lights and green board and all the stuff that goes along with it!

We're wise to you, so come on and 'fess up!

Seriously your photos are great! I think I spend all of 30 seconds on my photos and it shows. I should probably put more effort into mine.

That's about the length of time I put into mine Jim. They are taken on my phone, I use stuff from around the house as props. The background in today's photo is a painting off my wall. :)

Then you are either lucky, or more talented than you are willing to admit. Great photo!!! I love the color the painting adds. I spend way more time on my photos most of the time and rarely get anything this good. Kudos my friend

Thanks CJ! Your photos look fantastic now. I always set my photos up outside, I find the sunlight helps make the photos much better quality with my phone camera. :)

I like to do that, but i usually get back from the gym before the sun rises and have to take mine with artificial light unfortunately. But have been getting better at softening the light with different techniques as reflecting the light with white card stock instead of pointing light directly at the subject
