I woke up this morning and checked the shave from last night. Good enough for the day? Yep it will do. Nice. So, the Veg for a body splash after my shower and out the door I went. Came home tonight and ready for the second shave on the Treet Falcon. This carbon blade did a fine job yesterday. A DFS. Nothing special but still very nice for the mild 2 setting. I like carbon blades and this one seemed to do just fine.

On the more aggressive 6 tonight and the difference is immediate. First of all, the noisy carbon blade was even noisier than last night and the result after the first pass is noticeably better than last night. Second XTG pass was just as good and the third ATG and Slide was a great finish. Alum was just a touch warm but nothing to worry about. And the result was clearly a near BBS that, after about ten minutes of wait time, became a BBS. Caught the baby with a carbon blade. Outstanding. I'm still checking to make sure I'm right but smooth is smooth. No doubt. Can't wait to see if this improves tomorrow wide open at 9 and I suspect it may. The Falcon isn't a sharp blade as compared to say, a Feather or Voskhod, and that makes it a good match for aggressive razors. I'm looking forward to one more day with this blade. The Pakistanis seem to have manufactured a blade that is as good as their high end local transportation!

Tonight, I enjoyed a DFS, borderline BBS shave, Saturday will begin without dedicating time to shaving, but will begin with the benefits of such. Have a great weekend, everyone!

Nice to be back on Injectors after DE interlude. Have reached a stage where I know If I want a guaranteed trouble free Shave, I can rely on an Injector.

Today picked the fairly new to me Schick E2, and had a great shave. It is so smooth, that it is possible to use
in all the awkward areas, such as the Lower neck, even working ATG to get rid of those stubborn bits around the Adams Apple. I think I may be getting better shaves with this Razor than I do with the Schick Adjustable, even when fitted with Twin Blades.

Excellent shave with the Schick N1 this morning loaded with a twin blade. Wonderful lather from the Arko Extra Performance shave cream. Three passes for a refreshing dolphin smooth end result. Have a great day guys.

Citrus Saturday
I felt like a fresh cool shave and that is exactly what I got. WSP whips into excellent lather at the behest of my Bronze Shadow. The Futur on six with a Voskhod made very smooth and easy work of my stubble. I used two passes on my neck and three on my cheeks. I finished with B&M Adagio splash for more citrus and a nice cool feeling.
My wife and I are headed out on a Fall colors train ride later today - looking forward to it!

My Proraso White soap definitely appreciated being used this morning because it lathered crazy-rich for me and gave me a nice menthol kick - even nicer than I last remembered. It also left my face feeling well-soothed and protected against dryness and irritation. The Amici aftershave smells so beautiful and is also fairly cooling. This shave was excellent, even though the Astra blade is noticeably duller but I think I can squeeze one more good shave with it tomorrow!
