  1. Amazing pics as always Roby! I think you too have a soft spot for the Pal/Personna brand if I'm not mistaken ;) Been seeing a lot of the Pal Adjustable lately and who could blame you. It is probably the most beautiful shaver ever made:happy036:

  2. I agree and I have to say I like the heft of the Pal Adjustable more, but the size and weight of the Personna does have its advantages for me. Both are gorgeous shavers to be sure!

  3. At one point there were pictures on TSN of both a Feather AC type and an injector model. Maybe the injector never made it past prototype, I haven't followed it very closely.

  4. Hmmm. I may have to go searching for that thread. As the saying goes though "Be careful wish for" ;)

  5. I was looking too, but not finding anything. Maybe I was having a dream. I am sure I have seen a picture of the two models side by side tho...

  6. I've heard that Mongoose was maybe thinking of a mini goose or something like that for injector blades. Then again...maybe we're both dreaming :)

  7. Towards the bottom of this video Paul Bombino comments on using a prototype of the "Minigoose" that takes injector blades. He does say he doesn't like injector blades as much as the Artist Club style ones. I've had good experiences with both and have had some amazing longevity results with some injector blades (Chicks with a G). I say make the Minigoose and anyone else who is thinking about a modern injector...bring them on :kar:
  8. Modern injectors would not be a good thing for my checkbook. Ooof!

Nice shaves with the L1 continue! Stirling Barbershop also continues to perform quite well. Not much more to say. Nice shave.

    Have a great day!

  10. Today's shave was really nice, I think I could get used to this Pal Adjustable.

  11. That's more like it Herm!

Once you've learned the proper angle, the PAL adjustable is a fantastic razor.

Marvelous shave with the PAL Injecto-Matic this morning. Excellent, creamy, slick, beautifully scented lather from the JabonMan Lime Incienso (Lime Incense) shave soap. Three passes for a refreshing dolphin smooth finish. Have a great day friends. :)
  13. Attaboy Herm! :happy036:

  14. Thank you Aaron! The PAL's are my first choice hands down. :happy088:
  15. Found it! Well actually, I got punked. It was a photoshopped image of a pipedream. BUT, Phil says maybe someday.

  16. I was running for the Nivea with open arms today. I found the blade to be loose and able to be moved easily from side to side, causing the corners of the blade to be exposed.i was too far into the shave to turn back.... Is there a way to tighten the blade holder on the repeaters?

  17. A number of folks have reported success by simply placing the head (without blade) flat against a hard surface and pushing down to tighten it up. :)
