Wonderful shave this morning with the Schick N1 fitted with a twin blade. Excellent lather from the Palmolive shave stick. Three passes for a refreshing dolphin smooth end result. Have a great day guys.

The Schick L1 took down two days of growth in no time at all. New Chick blade felt sharp and smooth. The Vulfix brush whipped up some really fine Stirling lather. All in all a really nice shave to start the work week.

Wow. I've used the same razor for a solid week. I never do that.

However, this is one smooth shaving razor, and it has held my interest. Today's shave was what has come to be typical - super close, dolphin smooth, perhaps a hint of irritation or a weeper if I lose my focus.

I usually use the Kai Titan Mild blade to get familiar with a new razor before moving on to the Feather Professional, but the Titan works really well in the Rx and is plenty aggressive.

I haven't seen much discussion regarding the handle on the Rx. It is much more than the usual knurled or lined cylinder - it is obvious that a lot of thought went into its design. The Rx uses a standard thread allowing for the use of aftermarket handles. Very few of my razors sport their original handles, but so far I haven't found one that looks or feels better than the original on this razor.

I love the look of that original handle. It is kind of like the Blackbird: just too damn cool to use anything else!

Good looking razor.

 

Same razor....but I think the gold does give it a classic beauty....But both razors give the same superb results...and both have that very unique and attractive plastic handle....that I think, fits my fingers like a glove....

 

For the past couple weeks I couldn't put my E2 down! It's still my 'Highlander' razor....

This week I picked up my C3 repeater and man....it shaves so close...I really don't need to shave the next day! Which is kind of a drag, cause I like having to shave every day...But this C3 Schick Simplified Automatic Repeater is another awesome and unique design from the good folks at Schick...And this along with maybe 5 other razors....are the masterpieces I would never part with....

 

Aided by a superb lather, got an amazing shave with an Ever Ready/Gem Push Button.

Magnificent shave this morning with the PAL Injecto-Matic. Excellent, slick, creamy, beautifully scented lather from the Van Yulay "Jared" shave soap. Three refreshing passes for a dolphin smooth finish. Enjoy your day friends.

The Schick L1 felt exceptionally smooth and comfortable today. This was shave 2 of this blade, so that probably contributed to the smoothness. Nice shave overall. Stirling products are top-notch.
