I'd love to order a 1912, but I read where they don't ship outside the UK. Has than been updated?

    Blade
    : Chinese Schick
    Razor: Schick G1 injector
    Brush: JR boar
    Lather: La Toja shave stick
Post: Witch hazel splash, Country Club Sweet Water aftershave, Nivea sensitive balm
    WTG, touch-up

Pretty good shave. I'm on vacation and the water here is taking my face a little time to get used to. My skin feels more dry than normal. Anyway, the La Toja stick lathered up well but tended to dry up quickly. I need some more experience with shave sticks and obviously need to incorporate more water into the lathering.

But, good shave overall; not my best, but there's always tomorrow! Have a great day!

Just finished shaving. Continuing with testing different blades in the sample pack. Today was the Lord Platinum. Used my usual Merkur 34c, SOC boar brush and my favorite bowl. Also tried, for the first time a Barrister & Mann soap. I was pleasantly surprised by the Lord blade. It provided me with a very smooth and close shave. Of the blades I've tested so far I would put these a close second to the Astra SP. Looking forward to a second shave with the blade. I understand the Lords are made in Egypt and are quite inexpensive ($10/100). As for the soap - it too was great. Wonderful lather. I smell like a Christmas tree right now - but that's not all bad (after all the season is upon us). I will definitely try some other B&M soaps.

I was feeling very Gekko this morning as I pulled out and used my rather heavy Armani shaving set from the 1980s
