It's gonna be 1-3" of heavy wet icy snow pellets. Almost like a spring storm. The real issue here is visibility and wind, it's not super snowy here. It's very windy and cold.
Watched pitch perfect with the wife. If that isn't manning up and talking one for the team I don't know what is. Two hours of scraping a chalkboard with fingernails. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
Mrs Samurai loves that one. It's a "Mean Girls" redux. Nice looking cast though. And some of the dialogue between the two judges is absolutely insanely funny. But, not enough for two hours.
If you take the loudspeakers out of the rack the record player is on it'll play better (the vibrations of the loudspeakers are picked by the record player and degrade the sound). It still won't have anywhere near the fidelity of a CD, tough. Enviado de meu XT1225 usando Tapatalk
Yes, the loudness war is killing the dynamics of CDs. As vinyl can't compete on it, we end up with a little more dynamic range on LP. The funny thing is that CD has about 1000x (30dB) more dynamic range than vinyl (100,000x if you use noise shaping during the mastering of the CD) but the race for louder recordings simply ignore all that potential. I grew up in snow country back in northern Maine. Can't say I miss it too much. Here we're at 30 deg this morning but all the snow is in the mountains (Olympics and Cascades). Living right on the salt water in the Pacific Northwest - we get a moderation of the weather were little to no snow happens at sea level. Still keep the shovel hanging in the garage - but only used it once in the last ten years. Now rain - that's a different story.
I unbound a book & ring-bound the pages. It is a book of 3D pen designs, but to use the templates, they need to lay perfectly flat. In an conventionally bound book, they just don't.
I restored(refinished) several straight razors, honed two, shaved with one of them, and cut myself shaving. All late yesterday after church.
featured Clubman products in my shower and shave. Something else I "will" do later is a workout at the gym.
Thats more than I do with the Xmas Tree. My wife went weird on me a few Christmas's ago. We bought a beautiful Noble Fir, 12 feet tall (cathedral ceiling) . Best looking tree we ever had. It was so beautiful my wife cried and said we would never kill another tree for Christmas. So now I bring the artificial one up from the basement each year.
Well, don't take her to a farm with pigs or you might have to eat turkey bacon for the rest of your life.
Dug out and hauled off a temporary access across a drainage ditch to a pipeline valve site. It was 30 degrees and raining all day. Sucked.
