Okay, we've totally neglected the brushes, so how about:

On the twelfth day of shaving, my true love gave to me:

Eleven hussies shaving,
Ten tucks of Tigers,
Nine Feather Pain Sticks,
Eight types of Stirling,
Seven Astra SP,
Six hones a-honing,

FIVE Gold Shave Soaps!!!!!

Four Clubman tonics,
Three tubs of TOBS,
Two Arko sticks...

And a Toggle under the tree!

 

Fits the general rhythmic pattern too, so let's declare it a double success!
