Which by the way is among the worst coffee I've ever had. Although Starbucks is worse. Yes I know if this were Canada I would have just committed treason.

 

That's because the true Canadian drink is really hot chocolate..which is fantastic at TH...

Sara you seem to exhibiting definite signs of canuckishness with your casual use of the sacred nufie vernacular...

 

And when they ask..yes you want the whipped cream...

 

My lactose intolerance would argue to the contrary in a most dramatic way.

 

You might need to forgo here on account of they might make the cocoa with milk instead of water...

 

I miss HEB. I miss breakfast tacos. I miss the warm weather of the RGV. None of those are available up here in the snowy cold of Wisconsin. And I do not enjoy shoveling sidewalks and driveways.

 

It's probably just as well. I'm not likely to be in Canada during hot chocolate season.

 

Went and visited our son at school so we could watch his wind symphony. The performance today was absolutely outstanding. Just stellar. We got to take him out to dinner afterwards, so it was a very nice afternoon.

 

Yesterday I wasn't feeling that well, when my wife got home she said I have a fever. Off to bed I went and I woke up 8 hours later, sorta confused about the time, and when I went to bed? I truly needed that 8 hours if sleep. I'm still a bit sick, sore throat and chills but I pray that was the worst part.

Had our first snow last night and this morning, but too wet for any precip. Looking forward to my workout later.

 

Snow IS precip.

 

I just realized that including today, I have 10 days of work left this year.

 

13-1/2 for me.

 

I finshed up Last Friday! [WHOOT!] [YAY!]

 

It's 19f at 10:00, makes for an extra crisp morning break outside for a pipe. It was 54f yesterday... A little transition might be nice, but I actually like winter in Denver.
