My Secret Santa sent me a phenomenal new soap, "Stubble Trubble". This stuff smells and performs great.

The General got me BBS, and my Supply is supposed to be here tomorrow. In the world of shaving, what more could you ask for?

Excellent shave with the PAL Injecto-Matic this morning. Superb lather from the KMF shave cream. Three passes for a refreshing dolphin smooth finish. Have a great day friends.

 

Supply should arrive today. I'm in California, it got to regional distribution here yesterday.

 

Mine still has not updated, so I am just planning on Monday. Maybe there will be a nice surprise around noon.

Rewarded with an excellent shave today with the G-Bar. Producing a great three pass BBS shave which was very smooth. The Cuba Blue EDT will go on after the scent from the Pinaud after shave wears off.

Riding the train! The G1 just works. All the Schick injectors I've tried work so well. Nice shave today with Ozark Mountain and the G1. I hope you all had similar luck.

I used my Schick Type N again today. I like it, but it might be too mild. That seems odd to say, as I like mild razors (my goto is a Merkur 1904 open comb). Once I've got a week or so on this, I will try out my Type M. I know it can be more aggressive, so I suspect it may be the "perfect" Schick for me.

 

That was my impression of it as well. Till I tried a twin blade in it.

 

How many shaves can you get out of one of those twins? I am only getting 4-ish out of the regular Schicks, before I have to switch out. I tried a fifth the other day in a G, and switched to clean up. It just wouldn't do it.

ESF Rapide

Tonight I had a super smooth shave with my Rapide. These wedge blade razors ROCK.

As I have been concentrating on straights for the past 2 months. I have missed my SE razors. I plan on using my SE's and Injectors once a week while learning my straights.

One of my favourite Sunday Morning Razors. Something about the handle, feels like a magic wand making the whiskers disappear. The Schick J3 Golden 500 together with Dutch Schick , provided a great shave.

Marvelous shave with the PAL Injecto-Matic this morning. I'm on my 9th shave with this blade and it still feels plenty sharp. I think many of us have underestimated the longevity of these Chick blades, as I recently put 29 shaves on one. Maybe that was a fluke or maybe coming from DE's our incessant need to switch blades carried over into injectors. More experimentation is needed. I'm on it! Excellent lather from the Arko shave cream. Three passes for a refreshing dolphin smooth finish. Have a great day guys.

 

I'm glad you came to your senses Tom. Not using injectors for two months. The nerve of this guy!

 

When you can get that many, the blades don't seem too expensive anymore.

Just think if the Injectomatic could take them!

 

I have thought of that brother but it's such an outstanding shaver as is that I'm reminded of the saying. If it ain't broke...

 

I am getting a new shavette this week, and will be starting a focus for January. I might have to take at least one day off to use an injector.

30 days without my E seems like a long time.

 

Definitely keep an injector in the mix Jared. It will keep you happy.
