Thank you, Clint. I've been using my wife's nutcracker collection here and there.

I was planning to go take a picture of this stuff in a snowbank or on a snowy cedar bough or something, but it was snowing and even though it is only zero outside, the windchill was around -16.

So after I closed the front door and pulled my sundress back down off my head, I slinked back into my bathroom and took them there.

Definitely a face freezer. They are good for you every once in a while.

Very nice photo but waaay too much snow for me. The beautiful red tip makes it all good though.

The Arko Shaving Stick face-lathered well with my Jayaruh #142 black badger brush. Two passes and touch ups with the Gillette Blue Tip SS B3 with a Personna Super blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse and alum block, I finished off with T.N. Dickinson's WH and then Pinaud Clubman After Shave. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

    Brush: M&F Blonde Badger 25mm
    Bowl: Buffalo Horn 6"
Pre Shave Scrub: Tiki 1920’s Barber Shoppe
    Pre Shave Balm: Proraso Sensitive
    Shave Soap: TABAC
    Post: Monster Alum Block
    Aftershave Balm: TABAC
    Cologne: TABAC

This morning shave with a new Personna blade was pretty rough. I went ahead and finished my shave and then pulled the blade to look at it. Edge had two chips in it somehow so tossed the blade and will try again. Previous shave with a Personna blade was actually pretty good so I was taken back by the rough shave, but like other have stated Schick is a tad better than Personna blades.

    SUNDAY SHAVE
    20161212_171639.jpg

    Prep: RazoRock Mister Joe
    Razor: Gillette ball end tech
    Blade: Gillette Green
    Brush: Maggard 26mm synthetic
    Soap: Blackship Grooming- Jolly Rodger
    Post:SDP Terroso balm

Had a unusual shave, troubles with lather stability made a very thin lather, but the scent is awesome for this time of year. Also was having trouble with the SDP balm burning my face so not sure if it will stay in the den, may end up trading it or running another PIF.

Very nice 2 pass shave this morning. The scent of Leviathan is a nice coffee Sandalwood which went well with the snow and cold weather here in Detroit, and paired nicly with the LG balm. Hope everyone had a great shave !
