So I heard people had already placed orders....is @Karl G taking care of that too or do we place orders with you directly ? And where is the page of scale material selections? We don't want to rush you Tom.....But we have to get these "Christmas 'Bunny Chopper' Stocking Stuffers" (say that 10x's real fast) in the mail!!!!!

I really don't want to hijack this post, but is there a chance you can post a couple of pics of your work??? Or, perhaps a link to your razors??

Agreed, no point in higjacking the thread but if I'm going to give advice I guess I should show a little work.

I know what you mean. I have many razor restorations on hold. Family first.

Way to put some pressure on a guy. I still need to make my finishing grinder. All in good time.

Nice work. That's gonna be a classy looking razor when it's all said and done. The only question I have is will I be able to get a discount when I purchase my my Bunny combo of brush, injector, and straight?

Beautiful stuff: I would love a hand made straight one day but they cost hundreds and sometimes thousands of dollars/pounds. All beyond my paygrade sadly.

It is not. I need to make the grinders still. Then make a furnace to heat treat.

A lot bigger project than I first considered. All in due time. Or it just might die a quiet death

I may be talking out my butt, but for the one small item you have, you might be able to heat treat it with a torch. Get someone else to use a hand held thermometer, and simply pass the torch back and forth repeatedly until the entire item is up to temperature, then cool/quench (whatever the tempering calls for).
