Somewhat uncommon, the (1919-24?) US version of the British 1909 patent shovelhead which would morph into the "1924" . Very different from my other US Patent Applied For Shovelhead, the base on this one reflects the 1922 patent application rather than the 1924. The Londoner Demesquita had received US Patents for the front hinge in 1915 having made application in 1909 (same as British patent). .

I'll know more when I get it. It will need a handle, but who knows, I might put it up for a trade, not sure yet.

 

I found a NOS USA made Alpha Industries Maroon N-3B Parka in my size for a good price.

 

I'm quite envious. They make good parkas and I've been wanting one for a few years. Nice score.

 

A Triple Dubl...
All 5/8"— Dubl Duck SatinEdge (bottom) Bresduck Dubl and one I found intriguing: an older 'Bresnick NY' Dubl Duck (early 30s); (top) with bone scales.

 

I have what looks to be a nice Japanese Western Style NOS razor inbound. It's a Heart Columbia. I'm kid of excited about this one.
