Trademark dates are not always indicative of the actual age of the razor, merely the trademark. This razor likely falls between 1890-1906 (post-1890, imports were required to stamp country of origin.)
John S. Holler & Co. was a New York City wholesaler & distributor of cutlery, knives, and razors. Nice razors. The tower was their trademarked brand name.

You should quit honing it. That's so cool.

I have never honed it. This us exactly how I received it. I would like to have it restored, however.

I am no expert or collector, but I know a special blade when I see one. Amazingly Intricate!

Have @HolyRollah and @gssixgun seen this?

I don't believe so, but I will likely be looking to one of them for restoration.

And you'd win with either choice. I've not had a Kevin razor in my hand, but the posts by others about his work stand alone as a testament to his great skill.

I've used @gssixgun, and recommend without hesitation. Hit the web page on his profile.
