I might be in, but I need a description of it. From its name, it sounds like it reminds us of the "Wild West".
well, THAT is a good description! I should have the Cavendish by mid-week at the latest..can't wait to get "staaaaated"(as the dialect is, here in Boston, lol....but I don't say it like that).
Razor: Gillette Aristocrat 1947 (Birth year razor) Blade: Feather Platinum (7) Brush: WDC-5 w/ Tuxedo. Soap: Route 66 Rum Runner Aftershave: Captain's Choice Bay Rum I've used this handle before this month with a boar not in it. I wasn't satisfied with it so I replace the boar with a Tuxedo knot. Very happy I did. It is now a great brush. Very close 3 pass shave with a minor cleanup for a near BBS.

Nope, it's not. The CF scent is MUCH stronger, much more smoke and leather. It's "in your face" (sorry for the pun), whereas the Route 66 "Ghost Town" is lightly scented and sort of "sophisticated". To my nose it's a more complex composition, the light smoke note is just a small part of it. Sort of like Cowboy Campfire compared to British Gentleman's smoking salon On the other hand the Ghost Town Barber scent stays with you for several hours, whereas the Route 66 disappears with the end of the shave.
