I've used superglue on cuts. It works. Saved me from getting stitches. Surgeons use a form of it too. It's been modified to be more flexible, for surgery purposes.
When my son was a toddler (he's 15 now) he fell at his grandparents house and hit the corner of an end table. Caught him right between the eyes. Blood everywhere. We rushed him to the doctor who said, "If he was a girl, I'd say go to a plastic surgeon, but since he's a boy, we'll glue him back together.". I held him down while the doctor superglued the cut closed. Of course they called it Dermabond, so they can charge more. Anyway it healed up and as predicted he has a scar there to this day, but chicks dig scars.
