I've been shaving at night for the past 4 days using a Tech with a Feather and my shaves have been lasting well into the afternoon before I could tell a a difference.Well, I went back to my old standard (above) and the results are less than desirable. Looks like I'm going to have to order some feathers...

This morning I soaked my vulvix pure badger brush in warm water contained by my blue coffee mug then took a shower. I then reached for my towel and in dismay recalled that the night before I had removed the towel from the shower bar for washing. So I streaked down the hallway and ran back with a fluffy green one to slow down the dripping and protect my goods.

Then I drained the water from my mug and flicked the brush and stabbed my no-name white ex-barber's soap with the brush and swirled it around a few times. My little finger then dipped itself into some lucky tiger shave cream and added the dab to my brush. My hand then instinctively carried my brush back to the mug and whirled and splashed, stirred and spun until no bristles could be seen for the great foamy froth pulsating with gooey glee.

My son was taking a bath so I was forced to apply the lather myself this morning, but it was enjoyable. I let it soak into my beard as I strapped my wapienica workhorse on my tony miller linen and leather strap a few dozen times and then returned to the sink where I rubbed the lather into my beard, rinsed, and relathered.

Then I shaved.

Afterward I rinsed the lather that was left here and there on an earlobe or an eyebrow, splashed a little bit of the contents of a blue bottle of sting onto my face (the name has rubbed off and I forgot what it was), swiped my razor across the strap a few more times for good measure, and concluded this morning's shaving experience.

  [*]Result: Really nice and comfortable shave with the Polsilver. Can't believe it is shave 5 on that blade. Felt quite a bit like shave 1. The TOBS Mr. Taylor is a great cream. Nice scent and really wonderful lather. Over all a great BBS shave without any blood or irritation.
