Wonderful shave with a new toy. Route 66 Bay Lime Twist B-400 Brush by Tom Craftsman Razor Thayers WH Azzaro Chrome Legend Cologne Have a blessed Sunday!
It always amazes me at how much people think their opinion is fact. If people would remember there are lots of ways to skin cats, things wouldn't get so out of hand.
In a Newbie Greeting post if someone has that New Shaverness about them I suggest they ask question. In response they will receive; "Opinions, Advice, & Even Actual information" Those three categories cover statements like "I think X,Y,or Z are the best" where the opinion may be 2nd hand. "I tried Type A and you should ,too" where personal experience shades opinion. "The measurements of the gizmo are 2X3X4" where unvarnished facts are presented. No pointing fingers because at times I may present what I heard as a fact when I have no personal experience in the matter at hand. It's up to the reader to verify for themselves. The Gentlemanly nature of TSD usually keeps these conversation low key and ends with a round of YMMV. I appreciate the open and opinionated discussion about badger knots and take it for what it is. January 15 SOTD: Stirling Synthetic Brush L'Occitane Cade SC Gem Featherweight Wholly Kaw Chypre Rose Concerto AS It was a nice shave this morning. The Cade SC is a nice cream, but that is what it is IMO. The performance on post shave seems pretty good, actually right up there with some of the better soaps I have tried. It is the overall performance that is just nice. To me it isn't a outstanding performer, and one I don't know I would say was worth the price. The razor was smooth, though. I did end very near a BBS, and I live the scent of the Wholly Kaw Chypre Rose Concerto. It is my last shave at home for a few days, as I am heading to Long Beach for the week for business. My dopp kit is stocked, so I should have some good hotel shaves. I hope everyone has a great day!
If it's any consolation to you, this is not a newfound dislike. I've been a Cowgirl hater since 1967.
I loved the Seville, the 42, and the Lime, Lavendar, & Cedarwood scents. I didn't care for the Bay Rum or the Fireside. Also didn't care for the Latha sent. The performance of all of their soaps is outstanding, and I will recommend them, once you figure out what scents you like.
Are you kidding?!!! Victory beats both. And you can rock either the 50s superhero look or the black leather intimidation look on them. There are also bolt on holsters avalible for them....
I don't really follow football any more, but my favorite teams used to be the Phoenix Cardinals and who ever was playing Dallas.
He got them in a trade as a matched set, but I found them separately. The razor is more recent, I think 40s-60s. Strop is likely 20s. I think that razor has only been honed 3 times or so.
Well we are all happy for you that you finally feel comfortable enough to talk about your hatred for hot women. Is it a mother thing, or an orientation type thing?
