    Howdy y'all.
After the way 2016 ended, I was hoping 2017 would be better.
    Nope. Not so far anyway.
Besides still dealing with the major drama that was, and continues to be, the last quarter of '16, '17 started with lost/stolen wallet, and all the drama that goes with that.
Plus I missed a job opportunity that offers quite a chunk more pay - but, on the bright side, half of that would have gone to fuel to get there, and there's quite a few things I would miss, but the opportunity to advance and make more money is there....not here.
And, there are other things...a lot of little things, but combined with the big thing and the major thing....2018 can't get here soon enough.

Erik Redd Lizabeth, baby, I'm comin' to join ya.

It's too early in the year to give up on 2017. I don't want to see 2018 too soon, mainly because I'll turn 60 in 2018.

Having a GREAT day so far. Shave was good(see Rule/Focus). My company has a cafeteria. This morning breakfast was steak and eggs! Oh yeah! So for $2.25 I got a "battle breakfast". Any day that starts out with steak and eggs is a good day. See y'all in the funny papers!

Well things are going alright for a change!

Despite non stop snow since Christmas, and icy roads of death for the last few weeks, a chinook is blowing in and we should hit about 10°C on Sunday/Monday. My wife and I got a new mattress, and are actually sleeping well, for the first time in our marriage. We got rid of the 20+ year old one we had.

I'm doing outreach to B&Bs for link building...To be honest 99% of them would be daft not to hire me. It would totally cause them to be booked solid.

The brain tumor has been acting up this last week though. Headaches aren't too bad, but the vertigo is NASTY!! Also my face is spazzing again...From my jaw to my lower lip....Yay..... :/. But, like I said, the headaches aren't too bad at least! :)

Yesterday was my last official day on Isagenix (altho I'm going to continue in modified form) and here are my results:

In 11 days, I've lost 10.2 lbs total of which 5.92 lbs was body fat thus lowering my body fat by 2.5%.
I'm now weighing in at 158.8 lbs. at 16.6% body fat.

Took Herself to work this morning, prior to taking my pickup to the dealer for service. There was time to stop for breakfast so I hit a diner out on Route 1. Pork roll and Swiss on a Kaiser roll with a side of home fries. For all you Gents who were brought up in other parts of the country, you have no idea what you're missing. Anyway I'm hanging out at the dealer. Brought along "Man's Search for Meaning" by Viktor Frankl to read. Later gator!

Having a good 'un so far. Great Focus shave, no real traffic going to work(MLK Day I guess) and the coffee in the Caf was so good it tastes like another. And when I opened the paper, my name wasn't in the obits!
Don't take any wooden nickels y'all!

It was a quiet day since Comcast was off due to holiday. I was able to get work done without the interuptions. Got home a little early and hung out with the wife. Cooked dinner and now waiting for the women to get back from dance class.

On a side note, my son is in a Learn to Play program sponsored by the Washington Capitals. Tonight he showed me how he learned to use his stick to trip people as he proceeded to take me out. Little SOB. Lol
