Had my first crack at Stirling shave soap this morning. Very nice!!!! (Barbershop). Pairs well with Clubman aftershave. (The B-shop, that is).
@PickledNorthern not really as I have a total of 27 soaps in my current rotation all up and the other 7 soaps are still going below which I only shave every second day (not everyday), and I also have a complete backup of about 52 refill supplies of soap will last me many years all stored away airtight in a dark cool room and my brother is in US and he bringing home another 12 more Stirling soaps soon 6 different tubs and 6 refill. That will be a complete 33 in my current rotation soon and a total of 58 refill soap stored away, yeah I know I'm a sick person who loves wet shaving Arko Shaving Soap Haslinger Schafmilch Sheep Milk & Lanolin (very similar to MWF) La Toja Shaving Soap Stick Mitchell's Wool Fat Pre De Provence No. 63 Shaving Soap Tabac Soap & Stick The Body Shop Maca Root Shaving Cream
I enjoyed some orange chill for the first time today thanks to the soap passaround! Love that freeze! Mita us still my favorite cold soap, but I hope they can do a "gin and tonic on the rocks" and has been mentioned before.
I tried Orange Chill last week for the first time. Too much chill for me - just not a heavy menthol kinda guy. Will try it a again in the summer.
I ordered this as a sample. I think ill enjoy it, im one for the fruity flavours . Something about the missus lip balm .
If you like that level of menthol, try the Iced Pineapple. If you have ever dried pineapples in a dehydrator, that soap smells just like them when they are still warm. It is just fantastic.
@Paul Turner have you been drinking Clubman Bay Rum again, otherwise I've got no idea what you're talking about??? Now how many fingers am I holding up right now

After my last batch of samples I received I wanted to come back and give a brief review. First of all, Stirling Soaps have been fantastic and offer so many scents that they are sure to please everyone with something!! I now feel like I have favorites in the sweet, citrus, and manly categories. Thank you Stirling Soaps. Love: Stirling Gentleman: Probably my favorite! Subtle Vanilla and tobacco Executive Man: Crisp, clean, cologne like smell Almond Creme: I probably wouldnt use this on a real consistent basis but it smells delicious. Very sweet almond scent Mountain Man: Dunshire: Acqua Di Gio, very good smell to it. Sandpiper: Wife loved this one, another cologne based soap. Also, clean, and crisp. Pharaoh's Dreamsicle: I picked up the Orange scent immediately but then it dies off to a subtle vanilla scent blend. I think its awesome! Middle: Electric Sheep: Unique smell and is exactly as described. The smell has grown on me......but not my wife! Ozark Mountain: I picked up alot of Pine scent in this soap; don't love it but not offensive. Piacenza: Hard to describe this one but its good. More along the lines of a clean, cologne background to it Dislike: Bergomot Lavender: wanted to test it as its a popular scent but not my thing Barbershop: a favorite of many but this one was a little too much powder scent for me Gin and Tonic: the citrus part of this smells very good, perhaps its the Tonic side of things that is a turnoff for me
Of course we almost never know what you are talking about either, so it kind of puts you on a level playing field....
