Is the Lapas a Swedish-made blade too?(along with the Rapira). I ask because the Lapas covering represents the colors of the Swedish national flag.

Since we talked about this yesterday, I felt it calling out to me. Testing me. One pass and cleanup to a highly presentable (and blood free) shave. Route 66 did a great job as usual. A splash of Canoe and off we go.

Great photo Perry. Glad you are enjoying the Fine Soap. I know I really like the two I bought.

I appreciate the ability to chop a gator in half. Nacets seem to have a history. Are both SS and Plat still available, and do you have a preference?
    Nacet SS.gif VS. Nacet Plat.gif ?

The stainless did not impress me, but weren't a bad blade. Haven't tried the plats.

I use to make my Mom laugh by mocking those old shave ads where a guy would slide a credit card up and down his cheek to show how much he needed a shave. I'd do it myself, and that would get her going lol.

I have Fine Platinum and Fine L'Orange Noir. I decided to put mine in shave sticks rather than a mug or bowl. I will be certainly be adding more since I am a big fan of Fine Aftershaves.

In keeping with my straight razor focus this month, I didn't even bring a safety razor with me this time.
This razor never fails me. Wonderful shave today.
It is stormy in San Francisco this morning!
