We had a cool front come thru overnight

 

21 and clear here at stately RetLEO-07 Manor(and yes, Alfred is going to lay out my winter coat). After yesterday's snow all is quiet and serene.

 

14 degrees here in Medina Ohio today

 

Hurricane force winds near Denver, 78f. Tomorrow's winter storm might be a little violent.

 

It was pretty cold this morning, but the nasty wind from yesterday did not show up again. I think it stayed in the mid 20s today with some sun. Overall a nice day for the middle of winter.

 

Got to sleep in this morning(0645). 27 and partly cloudy when I took the puppy for a walk. The little bugger insisted on jumping into snow banks. He looked like a yeti by the time we got home.

 

What's that thang about "12+ inches of snow"?


Gotta love these Texas "winters".

I have been known to grill at 35 degrees F. So at 85 and sunny...that's a no-brainer.

 

Been there, done that!

 

4:50 PM, 87 F, Grill lit..................

 

You Texas boys are wearin' me out.

 

Winter one day, spring the next. This has been all winter and it is about to kill me and everybody else.

Crazy. 30's for a couple of days and then in to the 70's.

 

I hear that. I hate winter thaws. All they do is turn everything to glare ice, then give you a punch in the berries when the bottom falls out of the thermometer again.
