The city proper is about 10 million and the Seoul metro area is more than 24 million, about half the population of South Korea.

Yeah, I have almost made it two months now, but going for the whole year as pledged is feeling increasingly unlikely. Too many pictures of nice soaps being waved under my nose in these threads, and @jtspartan passing on the information about Fendrihan’s new line of mild stainless steel Scientist razors didn't help either... Mind you, I should have a new razor showing up here next month, assuming the Rockwell T1 rollout is on schedule, and that might help...
Fatboy February!!!!! February 25 Razor - 1959 Gillette Fatboy (6) Blade - (2) Soap - Stirling Sandalwood Brush - Semogue 620 Post - Alum Four more shaves in February including this one and I'm going to finish Fatboy February with the Fatboy and go back through the new soaps. Stirling tonight - Sandalwood to be exact - with the Semogue 620 brush. I'd like to get a feel for the three new soaps going into March as I figure out my exact plan there. The lather was amazingly easy tonight with the boar. Quick and painless to load the brush and I got three passes without a problem with left over lather to boot. The sandalwood scent in this one is still awesome. I compared it to the Proraso sandalwood in a sniff test and while Proraso is very good, Sterling beats it. The Proraso is a bit more "soapy" smelling. The Stirling is like smelling fresh wood. Nice! Three passes with the Rapira blade handing out a near-BBS with no issues. For a blade this inexpensive this one has always been a keeper. Great shave and I'm looking forward to using Route 66 tomorrow night to compare. Hope your Mardi Gras weekend is going great!
February 25 (Saturday) - screw the focus Gillette Black Beauty on 3 / PolSilver (3) Canadian Rubberset 100V w/ 22mm Maggard plissoft knot The Eternal Tub of TOBS Avocado Cream ( croap ) Alum and Thayers Witch Hazel Aftershave For today's continuation of my February Fatboy Focus I went with the Gillette SuperAdjustable loaded with a PolSilver blade. Easy lathering with the synthetic reknotted brush followed by an excellent drama-free shave. Not a peep out of the alum and the Thayers aftershave version of their witch hazel with the higher alcohol content and no glycerin provided a refreshing bite to finish. For March, I now have a rotation set up of 9 different brushes and of 9 razors of all different types each loaded with a different brand of blade - with a bunch of others waiting in the wings in my collection if I want them. I expect I will simply go back to running through the rotations with occasional stops to focus on one razor or blade in particular to determine which I like best. I have two Gem-style SE razors in my rotation, for example, (an EverReady 1912 and a Gem 1912) and I have a grand total of 2 shaves under my belt with that type of razor.
Looks like your Han River is bigger than my Mississippi River Keith, although are we comparing apples and oranges here?
