What Straight Razor Did You Use Today?

Tonight's shave. Very smooth two pass shave. No issues, just smooth results. Nicely built razor.

Razor- J.A.Henckels Friodur.

I decided to give this infernal device a try. I surrendered after 2 passes. The flat areas were fine. Once it got to a contour, it bit me 5 times. Nothing big but blood non the less.

I will give it a go in a few more months.

The results were a very close shave though.

The Feather SS drove me crazy it always cut me. I think it was do to that stupid lip at the edge. Ditch that thing and pick up a Feather DX or CJB and your problems will be solved.

 

My shaving scar is from my SS. Use with care.

 

I think you are correct about that lip. It really limits the angles. I think I might try one of those in the future.

Mine is right cheek as well and the length of a Feather Pro blade.

 

Mine is only 3/4 length of a Feather Pro, I need to try harder.

 

I got off easy then. Just little things. I will try harder next time too.

Wade and Butcher Frame Back that I won in the TSD raffle. This is a nice shaver. I'm very happy with it.
