1. Stirling has the best pumpkin I have tried. It has spice and us slightly sweet. It goes incredibly well with the bay rum.

  2. I'll have to pick some up in the future. My next purchase from Stirling will include a couple bath soaps and beard oil in the Mountain Man scent. So far it's my favorite of everything I have tried. They sent me a couple bath soaps in my past orders in Mountain Man and not only does it smell great, but I like the way my skin feels after a shower, especially my face.

  3. It is one of my favorites too. They have a lot of good scents that I would call "woodsy scents." Coniferous, Gatlinburg, mountain man, Ozark mountain, and Texas on fire.

  4. I too, am loving on Electric Sheep. I am tempted to buy a bunch of tubs, just to hoard, in case it goes out of production in the future.

Is the shelf life of the mutton tallow soaps been talked about anywhere? I had some Vitos go rancid on me a few years ago and don't want to revisit the situation with Electric Sheep.

  5. I too am curious about this but not strictly with mutton tallow but all tallow soaps. What is, on average, the shelf life?

  6. I hope it is years, based on my current inventory!

  7. That's what I'm hoping too

  8. Rod is supposed to have some new scents in mutton tallow by the end of the month.

  9. Why is the end of the month so far away!!!!

    I can't wait

  10. Bet it would keep a LONG time in the freezer.

  11. With Glastonbury coming out, all I would need is a Glacial Electric sheep, and I could live on just sheep soap forever.

  13. Just a reminder, Stirling's bath soaps are fantastic, too! I switched to them exclusively a few weeks ago, and even persuaded my wife to leave her body wash behind. She uses Almost Heaven, and I have a bunch of Sharp Dressed Man, Margaritas in the Arctic, and a sample of Executive Man...
  14. Yes they are. I'm picking up a couple soon myself.

  15. I'm considering Piacenza, as an addition to the Sandpiper I will be ordering. Any comments on Piacenza would be appreciated-thanks.

  16. It has been at least a couple of years since I have showered with anything else.

  17. I have a sample pick and like it. Just used it this morning. The scent description is spot on. I think someone said it was Aqua Di Parma I think. I will be buying a full size pick soon.

  18. Paul,
In the March thread someone posted this about Piacenza:
So if you are familiar with any of those items, you will know Piacenza. I really like it.

  19. Not familiar with them, but I like those "cologne scents" that aren't as strong as colognes themselves.

  20. It is a citrus forward scent, with a light musky (??) base. Fantastic warmer weather scent, but I still use it in the winter more than my straight up citrus.
