The Col. Conk Lime Shave Soap face-lathered well with my Jayaruh #145 synthetic brush. I did two passes the Schick E3 and Ted Pella Injector blade, I ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse and alum block, I finished off with Thayer's Lemon WH and then Pinaud Clubman AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

 

Shake Sharp v2/GSB, TOBS. A super aggressive razor without the shim I use with the v1 (think r41) but a supremely close shave.

That is a razor I have not shaved with or own. It uses a DE blade?

I thought so. That is a cool razor. Since it was made to use a DE I am ok with that.

Smooth, easy, and comfortable shave with the Personna injector. Really enjoyable. I'm smelling good with the Fine Platinum products. Nice way to start the work week.

First shave with the Schick C1 and wowzers! This thing is aggressive! This is not a razor to use when you are in a hurry or distracted. Kept it on the cap for a smooth close shave. Two passes were all that I needed with this razor to reel in the baby. I love injectors and I love open combs, so I guess its just natural that I would love the only open comb(vintage) injector. I don't get along well with the Adjustable. Only third shave with the Twin blade and it was crap. I switched to the Shovelhead with a fresh carbon Gem for the head shave. Did fine with that.

How many great shaves are you getting with the PAL blades these days?

 

That one looks like a beauty. Imagine how cool these must have been 90 years ago

 

I've been neglecting most the razors in my den since getting a couple Gems Micromatics a couple weeks ago so decided to give the Cobra Classic a day or two (I find it too aggresive to use more than a couple days in a row)

 

You know I use a lot of razors in rotation. So hard to keep up. Probably 10 ish. That is 3 pass shaves. I have never gotten the really big numbers from any blade. Yourself?
