Did my first pass on #7, and finished up the last two passes on #3 for a smooth BBS shave.

Today's shave was very nice. Lather was good, but i dont feel like i make it, just smear it around. Nonetheless, it was good. Progress never lets me down, three pass shave, but i was done in two. Third pass was a searching ordeal, and i didnt miss much. Finished with iced nivea, cool and clean, with just a hint of noxema.
Hope y'all did as well, or better.

 

So, we now know that Bob hunts, shoots, skins and scalps said wild hogs (AKA Boars) to make his own shaving brushes! I'm impressed.

 

That cream is called "M'iln"iy" (Soapy in Russian) and I did a review on it. I love it!

 

Is that cream good?

 

Cant really say since i botched the lather slightly.
I had used a bit too much water.

Will let you know next shave.
Perhaps tomorrows headshave.

Lol that's what happened to me once with Tabula Rasa. I used too much water and it ruined the lather.

 

I really like it, yeah it's a clean soapy citrus scent. That's with my stuffy nose

 

The matching balm smells sort of similar and it's slightly cooling. It's also very moisturizing.

Had a awesome shave this morning. Love this Ballenclaugh soap so much, if anyone has some they want to trade PM me and we may be able to work something out. Very slick lather with that complex pine tar scent. Did get bit a few times by the OC Razor so have a bit of redness. Tried to do a moisturizing post shave ritual to help repair and damage. Haven't used a cologne in a while and Zino is a a great fragrance, Cool Water is their most popular scent,which is a nice clean scent, but this Zino and Adventure are lesser known but much more my style. Hope everyone had a great shave!

The TSD Lime Shave Soap face-lathered well with my Jayaruh #145 synthetic brush. I did two passes the Eversharp-Schick I and Ted Pella Injector blade, I ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse and alum block, I finished off with Thayer's Lemon WH and then Pinaud Clubman AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...
