I'm really enjoying this Emofresh cream--it smells delightful, there's some menthol in it, and it lathers like a maniac! The Lord Super is a terrific razor as well.

My first use with a Sharp.

It felt like the sharpest blade I've used to date. I had to tread very lightly because it felt like I was about to pull skin off the entire shave. It delivered a very fine BBS shave but it just felt dangerous. I did get one weeper on my neck because I tried my usual WTG/ATG and quickly realized that, like with a Feather, I needed an XTG between those two using this blade.

Okay, that is not a typo -- I really did shave with an M3. I just wanted to see if these things are remotely useable when coupled with proper wet shaving technique. I stuck to WTG and XTG short stroke passes only, and got a pretty decent near-BBS shave with some slight redness on my neck, although I think the awkward shave yesterday with my Stahly Live Razor played a role in that irritation. I was very, very careful about applying zero pressure and not allowing the M3 to dig into my face, and I honestly have to say that the shave was pretty decent. As long as bumps and other irritations don't start rearing their ugly heads, I will use this again in the future.
