I should have done the latter, but I just continued filling the feeder and hoped the birds would get more than the squirrels. It's a shame Mourning Doves can't fit into feeders-the MD's would have said to the squirrels....."try me, fella".
Next door neighbor said,"Yo! Want some?" I did. Enjoyed a serving of Écureuil en roux à l'ail et cayenne au riz brun. Not sure I trust Google translate - that's Squirrel in a brown gravy with garlic and cayenne pepper over brown rice. He's pretty good with a BB gun, and a decent cook with wild game and fresh fish. I hope to have more pecans, too. Those tree rats knock em down while still green, then eat too many of the fully ripe nuts.
To celebrate this 80th page of YO, let's all sing: There's a fine line between drinking fine wine and talkinabout YO But no one would have thought so 80 pages ago (HEY, we'll get em)Thinkin on the inside drinkin on the outside Inside, outside, you pick the best side That's what they get for doubting the fine word YO
Humm, not me on both counts. I was here on the first day. Might be on the first page. The only way I'd make an early morning is if I stayed up late.
