You can do Maggard May. Nothing is official, sometimes we almost have something akin to a suggested theme, but anarchy is pretty much the norm here. That's why it works.
March Madness & Spring Cleaning!! March 29 Razor - 1918 Gillette Old Blade - (2) Soap - Tabac Brush - Wolf Whiskers Custom Silvertip Post - Alum After last night's near perfect shave with this setup I was eager to give it another go. My goal is simple. No blood. No nicks, no weepers, no nothing. Two passes with touch ups allowed. Near BBS is the goal for the finish. Or better. This is an unforgiving son of a gun and if you crank the angle just a hair too high it will take a bite. How much depends on how far off you get with it. Tabac and the Wolf produced the usual fantastic lather. And, I think this old puck is now down far enough I can match it up to some Fat remnants for FatBac. Yes! Something new to try in a few days. As for tonight's shave, I concentrated on the angle. Riveted my eyes on the razor in the mirror, constantly stayed in contact with the feel of my wrist and kept the grip about midway up the handle allowing the ball end to rest on my third finger. No pressure added and great control to hold the angle and avoid pressure. First pass was great. No worries, no blood. Second XTG - and this is where I blew it last night.....across the face then across the jawline only with focus and precision. No sign of weepers or other damage. Same for the left side and neck. Even pulled off a bit of j-hooking on the neck to get a nice finish. A quick dash of lather for a very quick ATG on the cheeks - and - razor close to being a BBS but I think one or two spots on the neck are just not quite there. Still a fantastic near-BBS and.....no blood. Alum for the finish to test the theory and, while there were a few tiny hot spots, nothing to indicate open skin. Close in a few spots, but I did no serious damage. Put the Old to bed for the night. It's through!! Long and weary day for my Monday today. It's that time of year when the customers thin out and the problems thicken up a bit. All part of making it through to the busy and fun times. Hope your Hump Day was a great one!!
Listerine was also used as a feminine hygiene product before it was a topical disinfectant. Apparently there isn't anything it can't either disinfect or make presentably clean.
I'll start the process for a branch office there but suspect I will need to spend at least a year there prepping the office and hiring the goons. At that point we'll see about your transfer there. Sound fair?
MAYhem is the "official theme", if there is ever such a theme but the smarter ones with stronger survival instinct tend to find another "M" to work. I wouldn't say anarchy is the norm here. It offends my desire to be totally abnormal in the midst of a normal anarchy.
In a pinch Listerene can spell vodka. Ask Igor. He was really drunk, but that cool minty fresh breath...Chicks dig that.
