Just a team of fantastic products helped out my meager talents to give me an outstanding shave this morning. Brian Brown makes beautiful razors that take a perfectly keen, smooth edge. This shave left me on cloud nine; certain to be touching my face all day.

Yes, excellently scented. All named after preferred traits. Some last longer than others, but love(hands down the best rose) , respect(lime and patchouli, one of my favs, mixes great with FloridaWater), passion(one of the strongest scents,i like it over sandalwood. Great for when passions are high). These are very nice (to me).
The endurance was modified as per @GDCarrington 's instruction. Now it smells to me like old spice, and a little less like shay butter.
Inspiration dead ringer for pink grapefruit, not as long lasting, but smells wonderful.
Renewal reminds me of clean linen.
All have the same great performance.

 

Thanks. I have several of their soaps, and they are a top tier favorite. I have never tried their balms because I prefer splashes, but their soaps smell so good, I think they are worth a try.

Soap Commander balms match exactly with the scents (i like that), some feel a bit cool (menthol, i haven't smelled it) . It only takes a dab. I too like an alcohol wash. I'm find a matching wash, then a rub of the balm. I call it a double tap, works nicely.

Yeah, though I have to say I strongly prefer my Schick Type M Injector to any DE or shavette I've used.

 

You are going to tip me over the edge on getting on of those razors. Stop it

 

As far as modern straights go I don't have a lot to compare it to, but I officially fell in love with this razor this morning. I do not think a razor has ever made me feel almost giddy before. It was just a rush to "get after it" with that spike tip, and the result was definitely satisfying.
