Looking at the picture, you're missing the end caps. You can tell because it isn't gold plated and there is still the rough metal on the end

I love this place. @Jorvaljr, I assumed that but wasn't sure. The other Aristocrat I had only had one endcap, and I remember the rough metal, I just didn't know if it was plated one ones without that. This is a 1948-50 Aristocrat. I now understand what notched center bar means. Thank you!

 

when the ends look like this, your missing end caps.
The notched tbar is for the dispensers. It was a hook so the razor can pull the blade away from the dispenser and the blade would fall in.

A barbershop type brush with no maker's mark....
Edit: After looking at shave brushes, this is identical to the Barbershop brand brush. It just seems that the markings are rubbed off and are not stamped on as other brushes.

 

Received my polished Wolfman razor yesterday with a Darwin handle and 0.74 blade gap. This baby is just flat out beautiful!

I went to the local weekly flea market today. My first time being there and almost my last..... Until I found a vendor selling Avon for 50-65% off the current price. If you haven't tried the Avon aftershave lotions, you should.

It does! I'm curious about horse hair brushes and this one is hitting store shelves!

 

I was the same and had to try it. It really is a nice, quality product and recommend trying it. Target has been kind of a leader amongst the box stores in carrying some shaving products and I really would like to see more of it.
