1. Tonight's shave was with a "Top Shelf" razor of mine. The name doesn't conjure up any great history, or fame, but it is a wonderfully sharp, and smooth shaving razor. I had a perfect 2 pass shave, with no touch ups, not even around the chin. Awesome razor. I Highly recommend one of these.

Razor- Leo C. Benitz "Sensation". Made in Germany.
    Brush- Semogue 1305 Boar
    Soap- ARKO/Avon Spicy scented
    Aftershave- Vintage Avon Spicy

  6. I have a Case Temperite that I've been using for the past year and they are great razors. The translucent scales on your razor are beautiful.

  10. It was a very nice shave this morning with my AW Wadsworth "Boss". I find that is is a "talkative" blade, with lots of audible feedback. 2 passes later I had an almost BBS shave.

  13. I dropped the brush one morning and the fall onto the bathroom tiles chipped off the paint right down to the wood on the handle. It's probably my favorite brush too and I have been thinking of picking up a "spare".

  18. Tonight's shave was with another "Top Shelf Razor". It is a deceptively sharp, and smooth near wedge. A Union Cutlery "Gold Spike". 2 pass BBS shave, without touchups, and no issues. Excellent Razor. To be honest, I bought it because of the scales. The blade was so rusty that I thought it was toast. It cleaned up well enough for me.
