I just had a really nice shave with a Beam that has a blued tang. Stirling Sharp Dressed Man soap & aftershave splash followed with 4 good sprays of Creed Green Irish Tweed & I'm ready for a civilized Saturday night

 

It's a very nice shaving little wedge. I have a couple of Wade & Butchers that are built the same, and are great shavers too.

 

Tonight's shave was with another Top Shelf razor. I'm going through all of them, then I'm going to start on the Second String razors, and see how to move them to the Top Shelf spots. Anyway, I had a fantastic 2 pass shave that left me near BBS. Zero issues. A well built razor, that holds a fine edge.

My next straight razor shave will a Koraat.

Why delay when you know you will buy one. By delaying it just means along wait and missed shaves that you could have used a Koraat.

wosty pipe 5/8. full of pitting and slightly warped,got a smooth,but not silky/buttery smooth edge on it.
