The shaves just continue to get better day by day, more by osmosis than anything. Thank you guys for the 30 day thread. It takes a bit of discipline to not get caught swept away/sidetracked in the RAD, SAD, BAD thing, but so worth it. Today I tried a Sterling sample, but couldn't smell it as I am still getting my olfactories back from last weeks plague. Good performance. Looking forward to the soap pass around soon to be headed to FL! Off to make the ice cream...
SOTD April 17, 2017 Blade: Chinese Schick Razor: Schick J1 injector Brush: Semogue 1520 boar Lather: Proraso Green Post: Witch hazel, Barbasol Pacific Rush aftershave WTG, touch-up The J1 worked quite well today. I just needed a mild razor due to less than 24 hours' growth. The J1 provided that for me with ease and efficiency. Good lather from Proraso and a nice finish from the Barbasol. 17 April 2017 Post 3 Day Weekend Blade/Soap Focus Shave This morning's shave is with the Cella. My 10098 whipped up a very fragrant slick lather. The VDH/Wilkinson combo delivered an okay WWS. I now remember why I bought my EJ DE89BL. It's gonna be a long week knowing that my '52 Black Tip is waiting in the wings. But we shall persevere. Splashed on some Cella A/S and smelling great(if I do say so myself) I was off to another day in the exciting world of corporate security. Have a good 'un.
couple of cuts this morning-seems to happen the most on the final usage of a razor(usually 3rd day). Aqua Velva again for my aftershave.
