I have 14 that are Shave ready and in the rotation. They need nothing and are ready to use. I have another that I need to take back to the stones, probably to a 1k.

I have three different places in the house where one can find several straight razors. The wife only knows about one of those places! Not sure how many I have, probably about 25. At least 1/2 of them could each be my only razor. But, this ain't 1890. One should have a good straight razor for at least every day of the month!

I am of the school to use a different straight for every day of the year .

LOL. She doesn't care if I buy 500 razors, as long as they aren't cluttering up common areas!

I have 4 straight razors to my name. At the moment their status is:
2 - 1st string
1 - 2nd string
1 - Benched

I've got five razors, four I bought new. I guess only one of them would really fit into category 1. The other three new ones would be category 2. And my antique is category 3, but I hope to get it to a 2.

I've posted it before, but here it is. It was in pretty good shape when I bought it, but not really usable at all. After two attempts to hone, I can shave with it, but its a rough shave.
