    Thursday

    Prep: Warm Shower-Stirling Bath Soap-Port-au-Prince (mutton tallow)
    Soap: Stirling Margaritas in the Arctic
    Razor: Gillette NEW Short Comb
    Blade: Vintage 70’s Gillette Platinum Plus (shave #1)
    Brush: John’s Brushes Silvertip-22mmx48mm
    Aftershave: Stirling Executive Man w/Menthol

    WTG-XTG-ATG (adjusted angles for my beard)

    Stirling MITA today. 20 seconds to load the JB Silvertip brush. Easy, thick, slick, lather. I loaded a new Vintage Gillette Platinum Plus in the Gillette NEW SC. Excellent smooth, close shave. I finished with Stirling Executive Man w/Menthol aftershave.

    Route 66 Rum Runner balm
    Today's shave was another home run. Rum Runner appealed to my fancy this morning. I could almost taste the cane sugar. The Futur removed every bit of stubble. I'm completely smooth and comfy. Finishing with a triple tap. Alum, kolonia(to give a Miami twist), and RR balm. I feel like I just left the ship for leave in Miami.

    Razor: RR "Hawk".
    Blade: Schick Proline (9).
    After shave: Hawkins & Brimble balm.

    Smooth !

    The shaves keep getting better with the M1, guess I'm getting the hang of using it. Getting to like the Taconic SC more and more, it works very well for me. So I'm ready to go. Now go enjoy your day folks

    A/S: AV Musk/ Afta AS

    After all the turmoil this last month or so, I think I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. My DR.s , I think have figured out which medication for me.
    I`ve had some other medical problems, which I won`t go into. but I think I`m on the mend. As to this mornings shave, a two pass, WTG/ATG did the trick. I came out with a nice smooth , near BBS, which neither electric razor afforded me (by the way, I really dislike electric shavers). I guess I`m a died in the wool wet shaver, and a happy one this fine sunny morning. I wish fine shaves today for all, God Bless to each.
