I have always had a can of Barbasol shaving cream, even when using all the other canned goods. It was always better than the expensive brands. I really only use shaving soap now, but still a can under the sink. Until I saw this thread, I never knew they made after shave. Found some in Walgreens website and ordered it. It's "brisk"... And it's awesome!! For $2.50 delivered, I ordered 3 more. It's on my top 3 list for sure!!! Glad I read through this thread..
I decided to return to the Brotherhood after experimenting with Noxema(as a backup to Rise). Nox was OK, but Barbasol is indeed a little better.
Almost done with this can! I can't get enough of my Barbasol. I have a new can (good ol yellow) at the ready. Aces! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
If you'll have me, I'd be honored to be a member of the Brotherhood. I'd kneel but I'm old and it would take all of you to get me back up. I've never even thought of using another kind of shaving cream. Sadly, not our of loyalty at first, I admit to the Brothers that I simply took it for granted. My dad always used it, I just started buying Barbasol automatically lol. I'm proud to report that I now respect, recognize and am loyal to Barbasol! I have two cans at the moment, Original and Arctic Chill. I like the Arctic, but not that I'm paying attention to such important matters, I find it a little difficult to find in my area. Funny how location determines what "flavor" is available.. Cans at various local drugstores are $1.38. they regular aftershave is $1.75. but that's not why I use it. I use it because it WORKS, and hey, it's Barbasol!
Haven't used Barbasol in a while, had a very good shave with it today. Sometimes you just need to keep it simple stupid
First shave with can goo is at least 10 years. If you can not make it shave do not blame the goo. Hi class DFS! BULLY!!!
Where you live? A brother here sent me a can or two of the now discontinued Mountain Blast and I bet you would like it.
