    Description:
A quick easy way to make a small dessert chocolate cake in about 5 minutes.

    Time: 5 Minutes
    Difficulty: Easy
    Serving Size: Serves 2

    Ingredients:
    4 Tbls Flour
    4 Tbls Sugar
    2 Tbls Baking Cocoa
    1 Egg
    3 Tbls Milk
    3 Tbls Veg Oil
3 Tbls Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (optional)
    Small Splash of Vanilla

    Instructions:
Thoroughly mix the dry ingredients in a large mug. A soup mug is a good size. Add the egg and mix. Finally mix in the wet ingredients and the chocolate chips. Put the mug in a 1000 watt microwave and cook on Hi for 3 minutes. You can eat it right out of the mug or turn it out onto plate.

    Enjoy!

Does the flour have a leavening agent or is it GP flour.

As for sex and chocolate. Combine the two. Warm melted chocolate on a cold winter night. Hours of fun.

GP Flour. I made 4 of these in the last couple of days for the family to snack on. Topping experiments are next on the agenda.

    Just so everyone knows.

Those that have kids and have Quick instead of Cocoa. That is what I made mine with. Also, I have a problem with bleached flour so I subbed whole wheat flour.

    Came out marvelous.

    dont overcook.

I have an 1100 watt microwave and set it for 3 minutes.
Took it out and the cake didnt look quite done so I put it back in for another 15 sec.

    Way too done.

Technically you should use cake flour but I didn't see the need for it. If you want you can add a little sifted corn starch to GP flour to make it come out a little better. Also, I have glutten free flour that I use for people who have trouble with glutten. (Bob's Red Mill)

    Added
    1 more Tblsp of Sugar
