    Blade: Feather Pro
    Razor: RazoRock Black Hawk
    Brush: Vulfix badger
    Lather: Vulfix Lavender shave cream
Post: Witch hazel, Stirling Bergamot Lavender aftershave
    WTG, touch-up

Nice shave this morning. Using the Hawk for four days straight might be a little much for my face. The shaves are nice and smooth but the razor is not near as mild as my injectors and I felt a little burned today. No redness but did get two small weepers on my jaw line. I'll use it one more day and then switch over to another SE.

    Have a great day!

    These two beauties arrived today.

Gem Featherweight that looks near mint and I am really excited about the Gem Damaskeene OC.

I am excited about the OC. The head is in really good shape with some brassing but no pitting. The handle is avg at best.

Thank you Jim. I've heard they shave very similar to the regular Damaskeene. If so I think I'll be very happy.

Just a heads up. I am starting an ER Pass around with 1912,1914&1924. Those who have not tried one or all sign up. All three razors will be traveling together.

    That is all

Awesome. Both beauties. We will have to have a OC Dammy shave day some time. Those are awesome shavers. Love mine.

The FW looks veddy nice too.

Not suitable is an understatement. Sheesh those things suck.

So is the OC Dammy a bit more aggressive than the standard? Other than the obvious OC are there other differences?

To me it does feel more aggressive. But even then it's not like a OCMM or anything. Very smooth, very classy razor. I like all the Dammy shaves. But the OC just has that something to it.

PAL Injecto-Matic & NOS Schick Super Chrome [teflon coated] blade.

My first use of this NOS blade, and one always wonders if your purchase is going to be dodgy. However,
need not have worried as I would rate the Shave as a Face Stroker, not often I say that. The Razor/Blade
combo is a winner for me , would recommend the blade if you come across them.

FWIW, I have found what may be an even more questionable one for one day next week. :)

Sounds like a bottle of awesome!!! I think paint scraper blades would be better.

    Quite possibly.

The blades in question are the #5107 SE Blades from Annie Beauty Supply. They are sold as a "hair shaper" blade. I happened to notice them during a recent trip to the local beauty supply store. What makes them even more scary is that the package bears the words that bring a chill to the heart of most Denizens... "Made In China".

Okay, so we have an unknown Chinese-made SE blade. As they say in the 30DC thread, "What's the worst that could happen?" :)
