That is a terrific looking Slim!

 

Tonight's shave was with a Rescue Razor Wedge. I had a very very smooth, and silent, 2 pass shave, with BBS results. Zero issues. Wonderfully smooth and comfortable razor.

Razor- "Philadelphia Works" "Celebrated American Razor" Wedge.
Brush- Zenith Boar. Aluminum handle
Soap- Stirling Ozark Mountain
Aftershave- Osage Rub

 

I have a Dodge Ram 3500 and actually had one of these on my front license plate and while living in MO I visited a friend over in IL and while we were out having dinner someone stole it while my truck was parked in the restaurant parking lot.

Excellent my friend. Glad to hear you enjoyed the GEM as well. It will be interesting to see how your various models compare with each offer. Tomorrow I will use the E2 again, just as sort of a comparison. Every GEM shave for me was right on. I am with you, that I think I like the rigid SE blades best. I will need to get the Hawk back out since it has been awhile since I used it last. Just too many different razors!

I read up on that cream. Is the scent light? They claim a pea sized quantity for a shave. With a low preservative content, and 170gm (6oz) tub do you refrigerate?

How's that brush treating you? I enjoy Cremo products, and Vie-Long has a good reputation.

3500 4x4 extended cab full bed Laramie package with this Banks Power under the hood. I can dial in five or six settings but for town I have it at 2 and avg 17mpg in town and up to 25 mpg on the freeway. Better mileage than I got when stock and with the stock 17x265 tires and now I run with 31 inch tires.
