What knot? I love my two semouge brushes. It didn't start off that way though. They both always seemed to have wild hairs sticking out everywhere. The more I tried to tame them, the more frustrated I became. I actually saved TP rolls to let them dry in. Then I gave up, but they started to become softer and softer. I ESPECIALLY like how they swirl and splay like a badger(my omega won't splay nearly as well) Now I am happy to see them called up, wild hairs and all. I have so many that it's hard to say how long. It took mine about six months, infrequent use is why. It was definitely a long time from de-stink to broken-in. Guess whst I'm sayin', if this is your first semouge, don't give up on it right away. They seem to take a little longer too break in.
Darwin Love wedge blade razors. Found this for a decent price. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
jeeves of hudson st. mountain rain shave soap from canadian blade co.figured i would give them a try as they are one province over and they have aftershaves. tired of international" we can t ship aftershaves" ......
David, that's exactly one of the issues I have with natural hair brushes. I give up and put them away. I have 3-4 Semogue that I've probably used less than 5 times each. This one is the 90% tops, 24mm x 57mm. I'm really going to commit to seeing this brush through the softening process, I'd love to have a really soft boar. btw thanks again for your help! I really appreciate it
Simpson Commodore X3 (Best Badger). It doesn't seem to get as much love as other Simpsons, but I'll give it a try.
I forget I ordered this earlier today. Chatillon Lux Aftershave, Yuzu/Rose/Patchouli I've heard nothing but good things about this brand.
I got lucky and scored an unused Rhino on the open market. I didn't think I'd get lucky again with this scent. By the time I saw the offer yesterday it was gone
I have placed a few orders with them, and have been very satisfied both with the correspondence and quickness of the order. Top notch Canadian retailer, IMHO.
