In Canada it's crucial to have a section for coins..[IMG]

Have been using my Popov wallet for a month now and it's starting to wear in really nicely.
Been using it every day and I also think that I am now a dedicated front-pocket carrier :)

    One month of wear:

Surprisingly no major scrathes on the front/back of the wallet
    [IMG]

Some scratches and, well, dirt on the inside (I'm waiting for a leather conditioning product to arrive this weekend and will use that to bring back some of the 'luster')

    Most significant areas of wear is where the wallet folds;

    Loving the wallet :)

Ridge V2 wallets, Ekster, and Imossi are all great future wallets to have now

I got one of these seatbelt wallets from Harvey's about 6-7 years ago. I was skeptical that it was just the latest fad and wouldn't hold up (stitching specifically... Not the belt), but this puppy looks brand new still after years of use! Thin, plenty of room, and durable! Cost about $48 and come in a few different colors... Mine is black inside and out... Doesn't look like they offer that anymore though

Put my PopovLeather front-carry card wallet to use for the first time today and really love it.
Here it is stuffed with 5-6 card and some cash at a local cafe. Small and convenient.

I'm carrying 5 credit and club cards, some insurance identification, a driver’s license and roughly 10 folded bills and the wallet is still thin and fits nicely in my front pocket.
Slim front pocket wallet! Just perfect!!
Great as a gift or if you are looking for an inexpensive everyday Kinzd wallet.

Hammer Anvil bifold hipster wallet. No, not that kind of hipster, it's the type of wallet.

BTW - All that goofy RFID paranoia is a bunch of BS. The Commies aren't going to spy on you if your wallet lacks RFID protection.

My old wallet was wearing out, so I used it as a pattern to make a new wallet from duct tape.

It is a tri-fold wallet. The only thing that is not duct tape is the picture holder that was in the old wallet.

I even have a few dollars in it. So far, it is working very well. We were in Wendy's yesterday for lunch and the lady said, "Is that made out of duct tape?" I said, "Yes, it is. I made it myself." It didn't take very long to make either. I guess I have less than 30 minutes in it. It was kind of fun.

After about four years, I remade the wallet with some camo print duck tape.

Still using my old one (from 2004) because it is pretty hard to find a good replacement. They're either really expensive, or only available online, or have not enough card slots, or miss the coins slot. I could do with a proper replacement though.

That's a nice one. Looks like a keeper. Hey, some of your coins have holes in them.

All I could think about when I saw this thread:

I can recommend the Fossil Wallets. I've had mine going on 15 years now and it shows no signs of ripping, cracking, or coming apart. Great quality.

My last two wallets have been from Kohl's. Croft and Barrow, made in India. In and out of all sorts of pockets/cloth situations, and they last for years. My last one started out green, but by the time I decided it was time for a new one, it was.. mostly black :)

For coins, I use this kit - http://www.doublekleather.com/index...craft-kits/wallets/flip-coin-purse-kit-detail

I've been using those for approximately 35 years now, and I'm on my... fifth? Sixth? (stolen, etc)

The kit's an Al Stolman kit from the early Tandy Leather patterns. If you decide to make it, invest in some rubber cement (you don't need much) for when you fold the leather over. I also found that the stitching leather provided isn't _quite_ enough unless you pull really tight, which can tear the lacing. So, just pick up some heavy black waxed thread, and it works very well to finish things off or reinforce.

Commies aren't the problem. The problem is that the equipment required to copy/read the RFID chips from 10 feet away fit in a space the size of a briefcase (or backpack), and you can set up a laptop to read/duplicate everything as you walk by.

I have been looking for a replacement for nearly a year and no luck. The problem is all of the wallets are way too big. I don't need to carry cash, just some business cards and 6-7 credit cards. The wallet I have now is just a one fold wallet that has a slot in each side capable of holding 4-5 credit cards on each side. When folded it is only marginally taller and wider than the credit card itself. Any suggestions out their? I prefer something finely crafted in leather and know that this does not necessarily come cheap. The size and quality are key.
